For over two decades, I’ve been walking alongside women as they untangle anxiety, overwhelm, and survival patterns, not by pushing harder, but by listening more deeply to the body.

What happens on a free consultation call?
We’ll talk about what you’re experiencing, what you’ve tried, and what you want to feel instead. You’ll leave with clarity on whether somatic work with Jena is a fit and what a next step could look like.
Do I need prior experience with somatic work?
Not at all. Sessions are guided and paced to your comfort. You don’t need to “do it right” we’ll build skills gently, one step at a time.
Is this therapy?
SoulWise Somatic Healing offers somatic coaching and nervous-system education. It can be deeply supportive, but it is not a substitute for medical or mental health treatment. If you’re unsure, we can discuss what support is best for you on the call.
How long do I have to finish the program?
You have the option to take as long as you need, however our group immersion calls will correspond to each weeks lessons.
If I can't make the coaching calls, will I still get something from this?
Absolutely. We don't want to add more stress or feeling like you are missing out. You'll have access to the call replays to watch in your own time and if you have questions, you'll be able to ask me directly.
